Mark Wiechert, Vice President of Marketing

Mark joined BeaconUnited Cincinnati as Vice President of Marketing in late 2013. He leads the marketing and consumer insights team, working with clients to develop data-driven marketing plans consistent with the Kroger Customer 1st Strategy. Mark has an in-depth understanding of consumer products marketing and analytics and an ability to clearly explain analytic insights and implications to senior, non-analytic audiences. Prior to joining BeaconUnited Cincinnati, Mark spent 8 years with Catalina Marketing, managing consumer analytic teams focused on leveraging insight from shopper card data and designing and evaluating strategic, targeted promotional campaigns. Additionally, Mark held a broad range of sales and management positions with Information Resources, Inc. over a 16-year period, working with major consumer products manufacturers as well as overseeing corporate relationships with key retail partners including Kroger, Publix, and Giant Eagle.
