Calling on Kroger for 24 years, John has unmatched knowledge and experience of Kroger’s Customer First Strategy, helping manufacturers understand their go-to-market strategy, build marketing plans and achieve volume metrics. John believes building brands, growing the category and delivering on annual objectives is as much about ethics and relationships as it is about industry knowledge, “We will always do what is honest and right.   • Mark Wiechert, Vice President of Marketing

    emailicon linkedinicon Mark joined BeaconUnited Cincinnati as Vice President of Marketing in late 2013. He leads the marketing and consumer insights team, working with clients to develop data-driven marketing plans consistent with the Kroger Customer 1st Strategy. Mark has an in-depth understanding of consumer products marketing and analytics and an ability to clearly explain analytic insights and implications to senior, non-analytic audiences. Prior to joining BeaconUnited Cincinnati, Mark spent 8 years with Catalina Marketing, managing consumer analytic teams focused on leveraging insight from shopper card data and designing and evaluating strategic, targeted promotional campaigns. Additionally, Mark held a broad range of sales and management positions with Information Resources, Inc. over a 16-year period, working with major consumer products manufacturers as well as overseeing corporate relationships with key retail partners including Kroger, Publix, and Giant Eagle.

  • Dan Paluch, Vice President of Sales

    emailicon linkedinicon Dan joined Beacon United Cincinnati as the Vice President of Sales in 2010. He has been a leading force behind the sales team and working with manufacturers to maximize sales, new items and assortment within the Kroger system.  Having called on Kroger for 15 years, he has an in depth knowledge of their planning, promotional and Customer 1st strategy.  His prior 20 years of CPG experience were with Del Monte and Heinz. At Del Monte he served the role of Business Development Manager and at Heinz (Starkist) as Director of National Accounts overseeing business at Kroger, Safeway, Super Valu and Albertsons with an additional role as National Sales Manager for Private Label.
